My name is Steve, I live in Grimby England which doesn't have many movie claims to fame other than: John Hurt went to art college here, the John Cleese movie Clockwise had a scene shot here and Atonement filmed it's war scenes on our docks.
I've been a huge fan of movies since a child and have since watched too many to count like most movie lovers. Movies are my second passion, after music, but I find movies a lot more easier to write about. I am very honest with my reviews, I don't buy in to hype so I will not like a movie because everyone else does or because it's 'cool' to. There's a flip-side to that coin, it's possible I will like a movie that most people hate as well. I take each movie on it's own merit and judge it accordingly. If I really don't like a movie I may also give it a second chance, something I have been doing a lot of recently, hoping to change my mind about it.
